Thank you for shopping with GiGi Art. I know that choosing art can be very personal, so I ask that you please choose carefully and be sure your decision is final when making your purchase. As much as I would like to be flexible, please note that returns or exchange of original artworks and limited edition prints due to change of mind will not be accepted.
All original artworks and prints have different shipping charges associated with their size, weight and delivery destination. GiGi Art uses reputable art shipping carriers. Once your item has been dispatched, you will be notified via email with tracking information.
Please be mindful that it is the buyer’s responsibility to track shipping and failure to collect your parcel from your local post office will result in your parcel being returned to us.
All parcels delivered will require a signature on delivery. Please be mindful that if a request is made to leave your parcel unattended, you acknowledge that GiGi Art will not be held liable in any way for any loss or damage to the delivered goods.
Due to the sensitive nature of transporting art, returns and exchanges are not offered on prints or original works of art simply for change of mind
It is the buyer’s responsibility to check the artwork has not been damaged in transit within 24 hours of opening the parcel, and reporting in writing as well as a photo taken of the damaged goods. The buyer will be responsible for paying any shipping costs for returning an item. Please contact GiGi Art in writing and send photos to gigiartaustralia@outlook.com
If returned goods are deemed faulty after inspection by Virginia Hendren, then she will refund any shipping costs.
Shipping Time Frames
Original works and prints allow 2 weeks delivery
Prints that are to be framed allow 4 weeks delivery
Please note that the customer will be responsible for any additional handling or customs and duty costs on any international orders. We are required by law to disclose the value of the goods being sent and will not alter this value. All other shipping terms outlined against ‘Shipping’ above also apply.

Damaged Goods Return Policy
All artwork is handled with the utmost care during the printing and packaging process. In the unlikely circumstance of your delivery being damaged in transit, please photograph the packaging PRIOR to opening the delivery and then photograph the damaged art inside.
Send images togigiartaustralia@outlook.com and I will replace your print with an identical one. For originals or small originals that are damaged during transit, I will replace it with a commission.
Return or exchange will only be considered in the case of faulty artwork. It is the responsibility of the buyer to inspect the goods within 24 hours of delivery and notify us in writing, with photographs, to gigiartaustralia@outlook.com immediately.
Returns
GiGi Art will not accept any returns without prior notification and approval. As outlined under ‘Damaged Goods Return Policy’, returns must be requested within 24 hours of receiving the parcel. All returns must then be returned to us within 5 working days of receipt of your order.
A reminder that Gigi Art does not offer returns or refunds for change of mind.
Once a decision has been made on colours/size and style of commissioned artwork,GiGi Art requires that a non-refundable 50% deposit is required to commence the privately commissioned artwork. View Returns Policy.
